This is an object function. Record creations, modifications and deletions can be activated/deactivated for a given user. Filters by roles can also be set up on this function.
The following options can be enabled or disabled for each user:

Other prerequisites
A physical asset must be attached to a location.
Before creating a physical asset, you must create its location.
