Prerequisites

Authorizations

An authorization can be granted for this function to limit the processes to a company or a site.

Miscellaneous prerequisites

  • At least one budget entry transaction must exist in the TABBUDTYP table.
  • At least one budget must be set up.
  • At least one budget version must have been created.
  • The budgetary environment of a folder is based on the analytical structure, namely, on the choice of the number of dimension types being used (maximum 20).
