Archiving parameters - Implementation

Prerequisites

Define the document type beforehand, as well as the container codes, if necessary. These container codes must have been set up in the given EDM software.

Activity codes

The following activity codes (sorted by type) may have an impact on the way the function operates :

  ARCH :  Archiving

Authorizations

This function is object managed. The creation, modification, and deletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user. Filters by roles can also be associated with this function.

Tables used

The following tables are implemented by the function :

Apart from these tables, setup tables located in the EDM software can be applied.
