This function is object managed. The creation, modification, and deletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user. Filters by roles can also be associated with this function.

It is necessary to have previously :

 Written the sub-programme that will evaluate the variable where the posting rule is described below ;

 Parameterized the variable of the automatic journal in the parameterization of variables function (see above).
