This function is object managed. The creation, modification, and deletion operations can be activated or deactivated for a given user. Filters by roles can also be associated with this function.

Miscellaneous prerequisite

The supplier BP records must have been created.

The number and type of fields managed and thus the structure of the line can vary from one supplier to another. A structure code must be associated with each supplier. This association is completed at the level of the supplier record.
A default structure code is supplied upon software installation. This structure code is programmed to be blank in order to make it possible to immediately associate a structure code with each supplier created without additional entry.
It will be possible to modify the structure code given to a supplier, when the new structure code contains, as a minimum, the price list columns defined in the previous structure code.
