Mono Mode - Implementation

Prerequisites

Only an administrator user (that is, an user whose profile corresponds to that defined by the ADMUSR variable) can use this function and connect in single-user mode.

The switch to multi-user mode is achieved by the setting of a non-modifiable setup, called MONO (stored in the ADOVAL [ADW] table), to a non-null value characterizing the transfer reason. Temporarily, the MONO symbol is locked (there may therefore be a corresponding record in the APLLCK [ALK] table).
