Account Balances - Implementation
Prerequisite
The amounts are systematically stored in the company and transaction currencies. It is possible to store them in reporting currency (Value Parameter BALGACRPT).
- If this parameter is set to "Yes", the BALANCE table stores the amounts in reporting currency.
- If this parameter is set to "No", the amounts in reporting currency are stored in the table of accounting entry lines.
It is possible to select the value "Yes" at any time for this parameter and launch the recovery of the reporting currency.
Authorizations
An authorization can be granted for this function to limit the processes to a company or a site.
