Different call cases

This entry point is called just before printing the European service declaration report and is used to modify the code of the report to be printed.

The [L]ETAT_DEB variable contains the name of the European service declaration report to be printed. By default, this variable is initialized to DCLESD1, but its value can be changed via this entry point.

The DCLESD mask is available and contains the release parameters of the function.
