BOSMAJ: update of fields on the modified service

This entry point (located just before the re-write) is used to insert additional logic in the re-write of the link to the BOM in order to modify certain fields, to manage the specific/customer fields or to to warn, by means of a log file, if a closed WO exists using this BOM.

Note: this process does not physically suppress the record but sets the validity end date to the Application date - 1.
