Archiving url address
This setup is used to define an URL which will be used by the GED archiving system used via the standard connector to preview a document. It is a calculation formula that can contain the following variables:
- [M]CNT which identifies the archiving volume.
- [M]ID which corresponds to the document identifier.
- [M]REV which corresponds to the version number.
This formula is prefixed by the content resulting from the evaluation of the ARCROOT and ARCROOT2 setups. Here is an example of such formulas that can be situated in:
ARCROOT: “http://my_edm_server" (nothing in ARCROOT2)
ARCURL: "?container=”+[M]CNT+”&doc_id=”+[M]ID+”&version=”+[M]REV
Level of localization / Global variable
This parameter is defined at the level Folder. It belongs to Chapter ADX (Adonix) and the Group EDM (EDM connector), The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
- ARCDIR (Archiving directory)
- ARCMAC (Host machine)
- ARCROOT (Archiving url address root)
- ARCROOT2 (Archiving url address root)
The global variable GARCURL is associated with it.
