Bookmarks

Bookmarks give the user quick access to his most important functions.

This list of bookmarks is associated with the user. Unlike the browser bookmarks, they are stored on the administration server and thus:
* They are independent from the connection device.
* They are independent from the browser.

Bookmarks are available as a dropdown list on the star icon in the global header:

Clicking any link will bring you to the corresponding page:

• If the link is triggered from a Classic page, it opens by default the bookmarked page in a new tab.
• Otherwise, the links opens in the same browser tab, except if you right click / open in a new tab.

Using the "Add to bookmarks" link on top of the list will add the currently open page at the end of the bookmarks list. In case of an open page which is already in the list, the label of this link changes to "Remove from bookmarks".

Using the "Manage bookmarks" link at thew bottom of the list opens the modification mode to modify and reorganize the bookmarks.

Clicking it displays a list as shown below:

The following operations can be done on this list:

• (1) Clicking the link goes to the corresponding page.
• (2) Clicking the line icon inserts a separator below the current position. It can be moved as indicated above to separate favorites into groups.
• (3) Clicking the three points that appear when the mouse touches a line allows moving the link to change the order of the favorites by drag and drop.
• (4) Clicking the recycle bin icon that appears when the mouse hovers over a favorite line allows you to delete the favorite (a delete bin appears also on the line separators to delete them).
• (5) Clicking the pen icon allows you to modify the label.
