This utility is used to automatically create an archive containing all the specific image libraries. The images are placed on the processing server to be used in the interactive processings.

This is a mandatory phase to display the specific libraries in the processing server in client-server mode.

Screen management

On starting the function, a window is displayed. In it, a button makes is possible to launch the archive generation.

Entry screen

This screen displays the characteristics of the archive in the header (its size, if it exists, otherwise its non-existence).

Error messages

In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

Impossible to create the portal archives on the disk. Check the rights and restart

This message means that the user who is logged on is not authorized to read or write in the directory used by default to manage the archive. The user logged on is the one defined in the Server authentication block in the connection configuration screen.

The directory where the archives are created can be obtained by calculating the following formula (in the calculator):
