Locations
The concept of location is used in the management of physical assets, more specifically during their stock count.
A location represents the smallest geographic entity to which a physical asset is attached.
The location is itself linked to:- a building, on the geographic aspect,

a financial site, on the accounting management aspect.
Multiple locations attached to the same building can be linked to different financial sites.
In this screen, you can list locations by specifying their respective code, description and attached building and site.Prerequisites

In order to create a location, you must enter its code and description and then the building and financial site it is attached to.
The other information is not mandatory and can be entered later.

This action displays the list of physical assets attached to the location.
You can access the management function of a physical asset by clicking once on its reference.

This action displays the list of not counted physical assets attached to the location. |
