Default report

Use this function to define a default report in order to use the Quick print function where possible in Sage X3.

In this grid, define the parameters required for the definition of a default report.

Field parameters

Function (AFONCTION)

Function attached to the default report.

Report (AREPORT)

Selected report.

Destination (APRINTER)

Default destination to where the Quick print action will be redirected.

Module (MODULE)

Inherited from the selected report. Module can be changed by selecting a new module from the list of modules.

Activity Code (ACTIV)

Inherited from the selected report. Activity code can be changed.

Copy

This button is used to copy the default report definition to another folder.

From folder (DOSORG)

Use this field to define the folder from which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix.

All folders (TOUDOS)

Use this option to copy the record to all the folders defined in the dictionary (ADOSSIER table of the current solution).

To folder (DOSDES)

Use this field to define the folder to which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix.
