Block number 1

Category (field CAT)

Used to group the graphical components by domain (portal, screen, miscellaneous). The addition of a category is made in miscellaneous table 914.

Code (field CODFIC)

Code identifying the current record.

Description (field ZINTIT)

Block number 2

File name (field NAMFIC)

Possibility to assign a name to the file for this graphical component. The name of the file is indicative, but an be used by certain programs to give a name to the image that is being written to disk. These Web components can only be accessed by http links, therefore by the files.
Type (field TYPFIC)

Determination of the type of this component (image, text or office document).

Image

field PHOTO

Use of a photo or an image. The insertion is made by the "selection" option in the contextual menu.

Text

field TEXTE

Capitalization of a text.

Specific Buttons

This button is used to copy the description of this graphic component to another folder.

From folder (field DOSORG)

Use this field to define the folder from which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix.
All folders (field TOUDOS)

Use this option to copy the record to all the folders defined in the dictionary (ADOSSIER table of the current solution).
To folder (field DOSDES)

Use this field to define the folder to which the record will be copied. The possible syntaxes are described in the Dedicated appendix.
