Cash forecast generation - Implementation
Prerequisites
The setups to take into account are the following:
- Cash forecast types by company (see the Cash forecast types / company function).
- CFOBANDEF - Default bank parameter. The cash forecast is assigned to a bank according to the following rules:
1) If the Open item is from a payment with an assigned bank, the process takes this bank.
2) By default, the process takes the bank from the file of the customer or the supplier (according to the sense of the forecast).
3) If there is not an assigned bank, the process takes it from the CFOBANDEF - Default bank parameter.
4) If the assigned bank is not authorized for the cash management, the possible treasury forecast is not generated.
- Business partners with the cash forecast management not authorized: the process do not take into account the documents which BP is not authorized in the Cash forecast management.
- CFOPBYRAT - Percentage for sales quotes: it is the minimum probability that a Sales quote must have to be taken into account by the process.
- CFOPAYSTT - Payment statistics parameter: it enables and defines the number of days for the calculation of the delay/advancement that a customer has in the payments. This delay is taken into account in the calculation of the cash forecast of customers.
