Screen management

All the fields used to identify a stock line are present in this screen.

Tab Count

• Site: You cannot enter this field. It displays your default site or the site entered in the Site definition function.
• Icl (Ignore Counted Lines): Select this check box to ignore already counted lines and only display the lines remaining to be counted. Otherwise, all the lines are displayed, including those already counted.
• Session no.
• List no.
• In the case of a stock count session subject to a multiple count, the current count number is displayed.

Tab Inventory

Enter in the following information:

• Line no.
• Product
• License plate number: As this is a stock count, no control applies to determine if the container is set to single-lot and/or single-product.
• Location
• Lot
• Sub-lot
• Major version (not editable)
• Minor version (not editable)
  If you enter a new stock count line for a new lot, the version numbers are set to the current index numbers. For an existing lot, the version numbers are set to the index numbers of the lot. These numbers cannot be modified. If you want to modify them, use the Count function.
• Serial no.: This field can be entered
• Unit
• Status
• Stock
• Counted stock. With multiple counts, the current count number is mentioned before the field.
• Null stock: This field cannot be entered. If the counted quantity is null, a warning message is displayed upon validation and the user needs to confirm the entry.

To add an unexpected stock count line, enter a line number equal to 0. Unless otherwise indicated, all the line information can now be entered.

Click OK to validate the entry.

Specific buttons

Next	Click Next to go to the next line of the list.

The only error messages are the generic ones.
