Location reorder
This function can be accessed from ADC devices.
It is used to directly validate, from the warehouse, the stock change movements physically performed from the storage lists generated using function Reorder plan.
These stock changes meet the reorder requirements of stock locations. These requirements, managed in the Reorder plan, can originate from shortages of different types: Replenishable locations, Consumption areas or Shortages on location.

Refer to documentation Implementation
Screen management
Tab Location reorder
This tab is used to select the reorder requirement type and the storage lists to be processed.
- The site cannot be entered. It is loaded with the user's default site or with the site entered in function "Site definition".
It is then necessary to select:
- The entry transaction, which determines the shortage type(s) originating the reorder requirement.
- The storage list number, for which the selection list is filtered according to the selected entry transaction.
Tab Reorder
All the fields used to identify a stock line are displayed in this tab. The display and entry of these elements cannot be set up. The fields displayed are the following:
- Location to be reordered
- Product followed by the indication of the shortage type originating the reorder requirement: Replenishable locations, Consumption areas or Shortages on location.
- Location of origin
- Lot
- Sub-lot
- Serial no.
- Status
- Unit
- Quantity
- Reordered quantity
Once the quantity is entered, button [OK] enables the user to validate the entry of the list line and consequently to generate the reorder movements. The system then automatically switches to the next line.
Button [Next] enables the user to switch to the next line without processing the current line. Here a line represents the number of stock lines allocated on the list. For instance, a list line can yield two lines in the reorder entry on ADC devices: one line with a specific quantity to be reordered that is situated on location A and another line with the quantity remaining to be stored that is situated on location B.
If the reordered quantity is less than the quantity to reorder, the remaining quantity is deallocated and it is necessary to return to the reorder plan to reallocate it.
When the document line has been validated (with button [OK]), it is no longer possible to return to it.
