Time tracking

Use this function to use a handheld device or Radio Frequency Terminal to create time tracking and material consumption documents.

Screen management

Home section

You cannot change the fields in this section with an entry transaction.

Site: The production site defined on the user record or in the Sites function (GESFCY) is displayed by default. You cannot edit it.

Txn (Transaction): The entry transaction that determines the way in which you enter information and what information is displayed and printed.

Mat: The quantity of components consumed to produce the products on the work order.

WO: The work order reference.

Op: The operation sequence number or the stage of production in the routing.

Unit: The operation unit of measure. Work order operation quantities are expressed in the operation unit.

Qty: The actual completed quantity, in total. This includes the rejected quantity. The quantity is expressed in the operation unit.

Rej Q (Rejected quantity): The actual quantity rejected. This figure cannot exceed the produced quantity.

Setup: The actual time taken to set up the machinery ready for use.

Run: The actual time taken to perform the operation for the required number of items.

Close: Use this field to specify whether to close the line or not. Leave as No if you need to return to this operation sequence number to amend the entered details. If no changes are needed, select Yes to close the line.

Specific actions

OK

Select OK to move to the next operation sequence number. The number of validated lines is displayed.

Note - warningYou cannot edit the time tracking details after you select OK.
Create Select the Create action to generate the time tracking and material consumption documents.

Error messages

The only error messages are the generic ones.
