This function, available from an ADC, uses the put-away plan lists. You use this function to put away stock and to automatically print labels.

Screen management

All the fields used to identify a stock line are present in this screen. It is not possible to set up the display and entry of these elements by entry transaction.

Tab Storage Plan Lists

  • Site: You cannot enter this field. It displays your default site or the site entered in the Site definition function.
  • Transaction: this field is loaded with the first entry transaction available in the list,

Tab Stock

Enter the following fields:

  • Storage list no.
  • Product
  • Location of origin
  • Status of origin
  • Unit
  • Quantity
  • Lot
  • Sub-lot
  • Serial no.
  • Destination status (loaded from the put-away plan)
  • Destination container
  • Destination license plate number
  • Destination location (loaded from the put-away plan). This field is available for entry as long as the license plate number does not include stock.

Once you have entered the quantity, status and location, click OK to:

  • Validate your entry on the list line;
  • Generate the put-away movements.
    The system then automatically switches to the next line.
  • Automatically launch the label printing. The type of printing (see above) must be set up.

Click Next to go to the next line without processing the current line.

Here a line represents the number of stock lines to be stored. For instance, a list line can yield two lines in the storage list entry on ADCs: one line with a specific quantity to be stored on location A and another line with a quantity to be stored on location B.

Once you have validated the document by clicking OK, you can no longer access it.
