Description
This action is called for each table to be processed in the archiving process as is the case for purging. It intervenes just after the opening of the tables, before the update transaction for the archiving and those of purging.

It essentially serves to make the declaration of the necessary resources and the opening of the tables that are not defined in the archiving dictionary.
For these non-defined tables in the dictionary, it is necessary to to create them in the archiving folder if necessary (which is carried out by the supervisor for the tables that are known).
