Lease contract numbering

Upon creating a financial leasing contract, its reference can be automatically assigned if this parameter specifies it.

• If it has the None value, the automatic numbering will not be active. The reference will have to be entered by the user.
  
• If it has the Mandatory value, it will not be possible to enter the reference; it will be automatically assigned during validation.
  
• If it has the Optional value, the reference can be entered; by default, it will be automatically assigned during validation.

Level of localization / Global variable

This parameter is defined at the level Company. It belongs to Chapter AAS (Fixed assets) and the Group LEA (Leasing), The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :

• NBEXNOTHIS (No. closed FY to be saved)
• PERSHODEBT (No months short term debt)

The global variable GLEAAUTNUM is associated with it.

Comments

• So that the automatic numbering can be use during the creation of a contract, it is necessary that a sequence number counter has been set up and assigned in the Contract reference field in the Assets function. (Sequence number counter Structure and Sequence number assignment functions).
  
• This parameter can only be used if activity code LEA: Financial leasing contract is activated.
