Renewal upper limit
This parameter is used for the renewal of assets in concession.
It indicates the behavior to apply when a variance exists between the depreciation base (in the amortization expense plan of the renewing asset) and the renewal value of the asset to be renewed (or total of values of the assets to renew if multiple assets are concerned).
- Yes
The renewal value of the asset to renew is updated so it becomes equal to the depreciation base on the amortization expense plan of the renewing asset.
When multiple assets are to be renewed, their renewal values are updated by applying a prorata on the variance with respect to the depreciation bases of these assets on the industrial depreciation management plan.
- No
The renewal value of asset to renew is not updated.
