This parameter is used when issuing a Message type print.

  • If the parameter is set to Yes: the email is sent via Crystal Reports; the recipient of the message is entered upon printing.
  • If it is set to No: the email is sent via a dedicated Workflow event. There is a generic event, called APRINT, for that very purpose, but it is possible to create a Workflow event dedicated to each report. The basic principle consists in creating a miscellaneous type event, associated with the ARP event code, and dependent on the value of [F:ARP]RPTCOD.
