Update transaction limit
This parameter is used by some processings making massive insertions in some tables, including the migration procedures. It can be used to split large transactions into medium size transactions, in order to avoid errors like snapshot too old with Oracle.
The user specifies here the number of maximum insertions to be made in a transaction.
