AL days as per reference week
Use this parameter to manage the record of paid leaves for a full-time employee. This parameter is set to "Yes" if the value of a paid day off (CPE or CPA) is always 1. It is set to "No" if the valuation of the paid leave depends on the schedule of the employee.
For example: An employee works full-time three days during 9 hours, and 1 day during 8 hours. If they take a week off, 5 work days are deducted if INITCP=Yes. Otherwise 4 days are deducted if INITCP=No.
For a part-time employee, the value of a day off taken is always 1, regardless of the value of INITCP.
