Activity template

Use this template to import time entry activity templates from any third party product into Sage X3. 

Imported data is stored in the PJMTIMACTI - Activity template table before then being imported as new time entry activity template records.

Prerequisites

Set the Field delimiter field (FLDLIM) to double quotes (") - field separators must be defined in the import file using double quotes.

Mandatory fields in the template

The mandatory fields are as follows:

• Employee (CLB)
• Project (OPPNUM)
• Budget code (PBUCOD), if the Task code (TASCOD) is empty.

Additional activity template fields (Date, Day, Time category, Description, Time unit, Time spent) must be set up as required in the PJMTIMACTI table to manage imported records.

The only error messages are the generic ones.
