Change requests by status
Use this report to list the change requests at the various stages of the change processing cycle.
All or a range of change requests can be included selected by change manager code and the current status of the request.

Access to the report
This report is accessible from the Reports menu, sub menu Prints/Group in the group Change control management.

Comments
In a start/end range type of parameter, not entering anything for the two values means that the report will ne be restricited to the parameter value.
Type in, or select a Change manager user code, or leave blank to include all change managers.
A change request status range is displayed:
- To include all change requests, leave the default values defined.
- To include only selected change requests, enter the required ranges. Leave the First value field as the default value to include the first value on file; leave the Final value field as the default value to include the last value on file.
Description of the report
This report lists all change requests in Request ID order, subdivided by the current status of the request. The total number of change requests at each status is provided as well as the total number of change requests in the report.
The following fields are included:

Request ID - in ascending order

Description
A short description of the requirement. -
Product
The product code for which the requirement has been identified. -
Site
The site to which the change request applies. If the site is blank multiple sites are, or have, reported the issue. -
Change manager
The Sage X3 user that has full control of the change request.
