This report is used to obtain the list of the service contracts:

  • That are approaching renewal.

or

  • That are reaching their end before a specified date.

Viewing this information is then used to set up action plans designed to ensure the renewal of all these contracts under the best conditions.

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Help Desk.

Description of the report

For each contract nearing its end, the report mentions a few necessary information to identify the contract:

  • The reference
  • The due date
  • The customer's name
  • The amount of the annual taxable base.

For each month, the report calculates the total shortfall should these contracts fail to be renewed.

A global total is then calculated at the end of the report.
