The GLCONSO report is used to print the Operations General Ledger between several legal or non-legal companies.

Prerequisite

Access to the report

This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group General accounting.

Print conditions

The consolidation process must have been started beforehand from the Financials/Frequent Processes/Extract for Conso.

The data is filtered by site according to the rights  granted to the user on the function CONSCPT (Accounts).

Description of the report

The GLCONSO report displays the list of those accounts defined as having to be submitted to an anlaysis and showing intra-group transactions over the consolidation period.

For each account, the report shows:

  • The pre-consolidated account (consolidation code parameterized at general account level, or by default, the general account)
  • The description of the pre-consolidated account, if it exists as a general account
  • The final balance of the pre-consolidated account (in the currency requested upon starting the consolidation process)

For each transaction, the GLCONSO report shows:

  • The posting date
  • The journal type and number
  • The site
  • The partner included in the consolidation scope and present on the journal
  • The debit amount (in the currency requested upon starting the consolidation process)
  • The credit amount (in the currency requested upon starting the consolidation process)
