Introduction
This feature enables you to define allowed external URLs.
Those URLs can either be:
- Defined in HTML content in iFrames. An iFrame is an HTML page from another site embedded in an existing page.
- Services and hosts that can be called by the HTTP out layer with an outgoing URL.
Description
The external URL policies screen includes the following fields:
Enabled | Checked | Name | URL | Type | Factory |
Enabled
Defines if the URL is enabled. It allows access if checked and prevents access if not checked.
Checked
Defines if the policy followed from the Enabled flag has been validated by the administrator.
Name
A user-friendly name to identify the URL.
URL
The URL to be allowed.
You can use the * wildcard at the beginning of the URL for the subdomain. For example, https://*.openstreetmap.org.
Type
Embedded
Corresponds to URLs defined in HTML content in iFrames whether it is done from the user landing page or from a Sage X3 page.
Service
Services and hosts that can be called by the HTTP out layer with an outgoing URL (no UI involved).
Factory
Is factory
Defines if the URL is factory data.
Factory owner
Indicates the owner of this factory data.
Sage factory owner data can't be modified.
