Connected services
Connected services is a dedicated administration menu that centralizes and consolidates the Organizations, Companies, Sage X3 Connectors, and Sage cloud service URL management for easier access and management.
To access it, go to Administration > Administration > Connected services.
Organizations
The Organizations section provides access to organization definitions used to connect securely with the SIREN/SIRET API. See Organizations for more information.
Companies
The Companies section provides access to company definitions used to connect securely to AP Automation and Sage Network. See Companies for more information.
Sage X3 Connectors
Use the Sage X3 Connectors section to manage the connector applications that extend Sage X3 with additional Sage cloud services, such as Sage AI and Shop Floor. Each connector must be individually enabled and configured.
Connected services URLs
Use the Connected services URLs page to view the complete list of Sage cloud service URLs. This is a read-only view; the URL configuration is managed and signed by Sage.
By default, only production environment URLs are displayed and delivered to customers. Test environment URLs are reserved for internal use only.
Updating the URL list
If a service URL becomes unavailable or changes, you can update the URL list by importing an official Sage JSON file containing the latest URLs. Use the Import action to apply the update.
The URL configuration file is protected by a digital signature. Any attempt to modify the file content causes a signature mismatch, and the modified file is rejected. Only official Sage-signed files can be imported successfully.
If a Sage Network service is unavailable due to an outdated URL, contact your support team to retrieve the latest version of the official Sage JSON file.
