Companies

Define your company to connect securely with the SIREN/SIRET API.

You need to register your company and organization so you can connect to Sage Network.

Create your company

Administration > Administration > Licenses > Companies

1. Select New company.

2. Select your organization.

3. Select the relevant endpoint.

4. In the X3 company code field, select the company you want to register.

5. Save the record.

Register Sage Network

1. Select Register Sage Network.

2. When the registration is complete, the fields under the Sage Network section are filled in automatically.

Register AP Automation

You need this functionality to use Data Clean and Control to validate business partners with the French SIRENE database and to use the SIREN/SIRET validation function (FUNSIRVAL).

1. Select Register AP automation to register with the service.

2. When the registration is complete, in the AP automation block, the Customer ID and Accounts payable email fields display the returned values.

   Give this AP Automation email address to suppliers so they can send invoices directly to the Sage AI service. Remind them to use Accepted file types.

Offboard your company

1. When you need to offboard a company, select Unregister Sage Network.

2. Sage Network receives your request immediately.

3. The Sage Network status field is then automatically set to Not connected.

Delete your company

Select Delete to delete a company record permanently.
