General prerequisites

Functional prerequisites

  1. All modules need to be deployed when Polish legislation is installed.

  2. For PowerShell scripts you need to log in and configure a new X3 Storage Area.

    Open: Usage > Usage > X3 Storage Areas

    In X3 Storage Areas, apply the following settings:

    • For Volume and Root: Enter XD for both fields.
    • For Description: Enter Polish legislation.

  1. To post payments using the XDSTE Automatic journal group:

    • Bank payments: Enter the Entry type in the bank account profile defined in the Bank account function (GESBAN).

Parameter values

Open: Setup > General parameters > Parameter values

These parameters are in the XD chapter, CFG group.

This chapter is only available in the add-on.

The XDPSNTSTOR - Storage container ps scripts parameter value is used in the file path instruction. Set this value to XD\PS.

The XDAPIRSV - Company verif server URL parameter should be set to https//:services.sage.com.pl/.

Countries settings

Open: Common data > Common tables > Countries

  1. In the Details section under Address, apply these settings:

    • Address format: Enter 32X.
    • Postal code: Enter 2X[-]3X.

  2. In the Bank section under Bank, apply these settings:

    • Bank account number: Enter 4X[ ]4X[ ]4X[ ]4X[ ]4X[ ]4X[ ].
    • Paying bank: Enter 8X.
    • IBAN management: Select this check box.
