Step 1 – Remove endpoints from Syracuse

This topic concerns Sage X3 version 7 and higher.
  1. Log on to Sage X3 using either:
    • The Supervisor endpoint (X3 for Sage X3, PAYE for Sage X3 People/HR & Payroll)
    • The Syracuse Administration endpoint
    2. Don't use the endpoint you want to remove.
  2. Delete the endpoint(s) corresponding to the Sage X3 folder.
    3. In V7 and U8, there are several Syracuse endpoints per folder if you have additional process/runtime servers. You might need to delete multiple entries because of that.

  3. In the line describing the endpoint, click the Actions icon and Delete.

  4. Click Yes to confirm.

  5. Exit the endpoints management function.
