Intrastat reporting

 

Intrastat is managed through a standard process that extracts information regarding the movements of goods between EU Member States from relevant transactions and stores the results in the EU exchange declaration - DEB table.

You can update the extracted results, and then, depending on the country, export to a file that can be uploaded directly to governmental portals or imported by specific software.

The entire process is common across all legislation packs, with only the export process varying to meet specific country requirements. The Generate Intrastat file (FUNDEB) function to generate the EU declaration is also the same for all countries. Only the export processes vary to provide the required information for each country.
