Activate Links
Throughout the software, it is possible to create links between object records. These links are defined by a start record, an end record, a link group linked to the users and a definition (defined by a code in a table). Each link can be created manually or automatically depending on the parameters linked to the object. Finally, each link is dated, and is given an activity flag (Yes/No) : the field ENAFLG is used for this purpose.
The links attached to a record are presented in a panel on the left list : The link explorer, whose presence is optional and depends on the object's parameters. Only the active links are displayed in the link explorer. By default, when a link is created, it is active, and the only function likely to make links switch from an Active status, to an Inactive status and vice versa is the function Link activation presented here.

Screen management
Entry screen
The selection criteria are entered in this screen to identify the links to be processes, then the process to be carried out is defined (activation or de-activation).
Once these parameters have been entered, running the function triggers the update of the links. No log file is created.
