List of personal data
Use this function to generate the list of personal data contained in the database. These are tables and columns in which the data stored can be used to identify an individual.
This function is based on the field descriptions and data types set in the data protection and privacy setup function. The function scans through the database and lists all the relevant elements in the dictionary.
The extracted information can be used to create a record of all the personal information stored in the database for the ERP.
This record can be useful if you need to build a global list of all the personal data managed in your information systems.
