The analysis requests are automatically generated by several transactions, according to the setup: - receipts to stock with status Q, - manual status change to a status Q, - change from an expiry status to a status Q, The analysis request is used: - to list the products and lots pending control, - to keep a history of data entered during the quality control, - to keep the link with the receipt or the work order to be controlled. A lot can have several simultaneous analysis requests if it has been subject to several separate receipts. The sequence number for the analysis requests can be set up via the sequence number function. |

Presentation
The fields displayed in this grid depend on the setup of the screen code chosen for the inquiry.
Note: It is possible for a particular analysis request line to carry several response sets in the control record. This is the case notably if a non standard response imposes the entry of a new record (see the description of a quality record question). A single analysis request line then displays several sequence numbers.
The system displays a line by analysis request, analysis request line number and sequence number of the line, for the response given for the selected question, specifying if this response is non-standard or not, and specifying the lot, sub-lot, control object serial number as well as the originating document for the control (a supplier receipt for example).

It is possible to enter here the serial number and the sub-lot as additional selection criteria, as well as the entry of a screen code. Screen code : the inquiries can in general be set up (see the Inquiry screen set up). It is possible to call up customized inquiry screens via the screen code.
