This utility, which can be launched in simulation mode, is used to control the data linked to inter-site business partners (Customers and Suppliers) and to correct them in necessary.

It verifies the following information:

• It is mandatory that the Inter-site business type has a site entered.
• The site associated with a customer must be a purchase site or a finance site.
• It is mandatory that a reception site must be entered for each customer delivery address. If a single delivery address exists for a customer of this type, that this address does not have a reception site, that the site associate with the customer is also a warehouse site and that this warehouse site does not use any other delivery address for another customer, then if the process is launched in modification mode, the customer site will be entered as the reception site in the delivery address of this customer.
• The site associated with a supplier must be a sales site or a finance site.
• For each customer and supplier of this type, this utility verifies that the Bill-to/Payer or Billing/Paid business partner are inter-site business partners associated with a financial site and that this belongs to the same company as the supplier or customer.
• For a supplier, if the site that it is associated with is a financial site, then the Billing and Paid suppliers must be identical to the supplier. This information is updated during the execution of this process in real time.
• For a supplier, if the site associated with it is not a financial site, then the Billing and Paid suppliers must be associated with the financial site of the sales site for the supplier. This information is updated during the execution of this process in real time. The system verifies beforehand that the Billing and Ordering suppliers have the same price list structure.
