This function enables the user to import the goverment tansportation code once the transport comunication was achieved by SAFT.

The user can communicate the transport by Webservices or by SAFT (SAFT extraction). If he communicates by SAFT this is the function to read the returned file by the government and will allow to import the transport code provided by the State.
