Internal Customers
The customer population in X3 can from now on be grouped as both direct customers and order giving customers.
The Customer/Order givers associations table manages this distinction for each customer in the database.
The regeneration of internal customer has as its object the reconstruction of the Customer/Order givers associations table in case of accidental irreversible corruption of its contents.
This regeneration has the effect of declaring each customer identified in the customer table as "Direct or internal customer" in the Customer/Order givers associations table. In summary, at the end of this procedure, all the customers in the database are declared as "Internal customers".
The use of this function should remain exceptional. It is advisable to obtain X3 technical support advice before starting this process.
A database backup must be carried out beforehand.
