Points debit
The launch of the Points reduction regeneration function assumes that all the current users are disconnected from the folder,
This function is used to resolve a problem of points mobilization during the creation (almost simultaneous) of a service request by two users. In fact, during the service request creation phase, a user mobilizes a number of points. If at the same time another user is also in creation mode, they block the same number of points.
The points reduction regeneration is used to free the points mobilized by the last user.
No entry screen is associated with this function. There is direct access to in on starting the regeneration by responding Yes to the execution confirmation message.
Batch task
This function can be run in batch mode, but no dedicated standard task is delivered to run it.

In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

This message is used to ensure that all the users are disconnected before starting the points reduction regeneration.
