Name of the ISM file over 8 alphanumeric characters.

• field DESAXX

This long description is used as a title in screens and reports.

By default the short title, the long title or the column header of a data are recorded (on creation/update) in the connection language of the user.
You can add your translation in another language using the Translation function:

• Click Translation from the Actions icon in the corresponding field.
• In the Translation window, add a new language code with the translation in this language.

A user who logs on with this language will view the short description, long description or column header in their connection language if a translation exists. Otherwise, these descriptions will be available in the folder language.

The connection language must be defined as a default language for the folder.

• Short description (field SHOAXX)

Short title used in the screens and reports. This title is recorded in your connection language.

• Label content (field LBECTS)

At this level, the label is used to define the contents (information to print).

The format (size) is defined at the level of the receiving containers.

The combination label ISM record/label receiving container gives the reference of the label to print.

• Product tolerance + % (field ITMTOL)

This field displays the percentage used to calculate the weight variance.

You can only modify this field if the Setup level is set to BOM.

If the Setup level is SHI record or Product-site, this value is based on the Product-sites setup. (GESITF)

Note: This field is only available when the MWM - Weighing station activity code is active.

• Product tolerance - % (field ITMTOLNEG)

• Packaging (field PCK)

This setup is used to define if the material is weighed with its outer packaging. In this case there is no tare to define upon weighing. The theoretical weight of the container is automatically deduced of the weighed weight.

Three values are possible:

- Internal.

- Supplier.

- Mixed (in this case the operator indicates the mode upon weighing).

• Close packaging % (field CLECTNAUT)

Percentage applied to the initial quantity of internal packaging and makes it possible to automatically close this latter during the last weighing of a raw material.

• Weighing method (field WEIMOD)

This is the weighing method.

Two Values:

  By Variance

  Totaled

• Lot mix (field LOTSEV)

This setup is used to decide if the stock issues in multi-lots are authorized.

The possible values are:

Yes: The multi-lot stock issues are authorized.

No in weighing: The issues are single-lot per material.

No in production: The issues are single-lot per material/WO (for all the WO, a material can only be issued from a single lot).

• Multi-product weighing (field SVRITMWEI)

• Negative adjustment (field MANREDFLG)

Use this field to define if a negative stock adjustment should be made when a quantity from an intermediate weighing operation is less than the planned or allocated quantity.

Automatic. When a weighed quantity is less than the planned or allocated quantity a negative stock adjustment is generated automatically. User intervention is not requested.

Manual. When a weighed quantity is less than the planned or allocated quantity a message is displayed requesting confirmation of whether a negative stock adjustment is required. The user can choose whether to generate a negative stock adjustment or not.

No. Set to 'No' to override the parameter REDNEG - Negative adjustment (chapter GPA, group WEI) if set to 'Yes'. This will prevent a negative stock adjustment from being generated if a weighed quantity is less than the planned or allocated quantity.

Material consumable by gate / pump (information field).

• Alterable material (field MAL)

To control (information field).

• Weight control (field PLACTL)

This section is used to authorize the weighing of a component by a user.

Control carried out during the weighing.

• Quality operation control (field QLYCTL)

Heading not used.

• Compulsory message (field OBL)

Read the message associated to an icon in the weighing station is mandatory

If the box is checked, it is necessary to read the message associated to the selected icon before starting the weighing.

If the box is not checked, reading the message will not be a prerequisite to start the weighing.

• Precautions (field PCN)

Usage warning defined in the miscellaneous table 381.

The pictogram reference is entered in the short title of the miscellaneous table.

• Risk (field RSKRSY)

Risk sentence.

• Security (field SAVRSY)

Safety sentence.

• Environment (field ENMRSY)

Environment sentence.

• Toxicity codes (field TXC)

This toxicity code is defined in miscellaneous table #382.

The pictogram ID is assigned in the short title of the miscellaneous table.

• Max authorized weight (field WEIMAW)

This is the value range greater than the weight to be weighed with the recipient.

• Weight unit (field WEU)

The weight unit.

• Containers (field CTN)

Receiving container number over 8 alphanumeric characters.

• Label format (field LBEFMT)

At this level, the label is used to define the format for the receiving container. The content is defined in the "description" tab of the ISM record.

if the format is not entered, the format defined for the receiving container is selected.

The association label record/label receiving container gives the reference of the label to print.
