Click Detail from the Action icon to display the details of the cell based on the storage options defined in the Financial data extraction setup. The amounts are displayed based on the divisor and the number of decimals defined in the setup. The style and print effect are only generated during the print. The title for the column can recall the restitution currency for the amounts. This currency is displayed in brackets in the column title. Steps: 1. Go to the Financial data extraction inquiry, Parameters tab. 2. Identify the line number that corresponds to Print currency settings, for example. 3. Go back to the Financial data extraction setup, to the definition of the column title on the Definition tab. 4. Next to the title displayed, enter: %n% (n represents the line number corresponding to the print currency). This setup can be applied to any parameter such as the company code. |

By default, the following reports are associated with this function :
TXSVAL : Fin data extraction inquiry
This can be changed using a different setup.
Unlike the Financial Data Extraction Calculation function that can mass extract data, by group of extractions, this button makes it possible to relaunch the calculation of a single extraction. The default parameters are retrieved from the extraction being consulted.
If the values of extractions have been modified, select the Including the values entered check box to consider the modified values.
If re-zeroing is requested, the entered values are not taken into account. If you do not use either option, the entered values are kept but not considered in the potential calculation of other fields. |
Click this button to print a graph of the data. |
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
