Miscellaneous Issues
This function, accessible from radio frequency terminals, is used to create miscellaneous issue transactions.

All the fields used to identify a stock line are present in this screen. It is not possible to set up the display and entry of these elements by entry transaction. The fields displayed are the following:
- Site: This non-assignable field is loaded with the default user site or with the site entered in the "Site definition" function.
- Transaction: This field is loaded with the first transaction complying with the setup rules mentioned above.
- Product
- Unit
- Quantity
- Status
- Location
- Lot
- Sub-lot
- Serial no.
All these fields must be assigned in order to define the stock to be issued for the products with lot and sub-lot management. Regarding products with serial number management, the compulsory fields are the following: product, unit, quantity and serial number.
When this information has been entered, it is possible to go to the next document line using the OK button (the number of already validated lines is displayed in the top right hand corner) or to generate the slip using the Create button. A stock transaction corresponds to a document line. Only the serial numbers can generate several stock transactions for a slip line.
When the document line has been validated (with the OK button), it is no longer possible to return to it.

Error messages
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
Incomplete entry
This message appears when the entered fields do not enable identification of the stock lines to be issued. It is also displayed if the identified stock lines are under stock count or if they are the subject of an analysis request.
