Use this field to indicate which site, location, or sites this change request applies to.
If this change request applies to a single site type in, or select from the Sites table (FACILITY) the required site code. A change request applies to a single site if either of the following conditions apply:
- The product for which this change request is being raised is stored at a specific location
- A specific site is raising this change request on behalf of the originator
Leave this field blank if multiple sites are, or have, reported the issue.
You cannot change the site code once this change request has started the change cycle, for example, when its status has advanced to In review. If you do need to change it and the change cycle has started, reject this change request then close it (its status must display Closed). You can then raise a new change request for the correct site, noting the restrictions and rules for the selected product code. Please refer to the Product field for further information.
