CTRQTYREFS: Used to deactivate the control on the rejected quantity.

The detailed entry of the sampling can be used to enter quantities with an "R" status, corresponding to the entered quantity of the sampling that has been rejected. Upon validation, a blocking control is performed to check

that the entered quantity rejected and the sum of the quantities with an "R" status is equal.

This entry point is used to deactivate this control.
