Concession numbering
Upon creating a Concession agreement, the reference can be assigned automatically if the parameter specifies so:
- If the parameter has the None value, the automatic numbering will not be activated. It will be mandatory that the reference be entered by the user.
- If it has the Mandatory value, entering the reference will not be possible: it will be assigned automatically upon validation.
- If it has the Optional value, the reference can be entered: by default, it will be assigned automatically upon validation.
Level of localization/Global variable
This parameter is defined at the level Company. It belongs to Chapter AAS (Fixed assets) and the Group CCN (Concession), The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
- UPDRNWVAL (Renewal upper limit)
The global variable GCCNAUTNUM is associated with it.

So that the automatic numbering can be used during the creation of the Concession agreement, a sequence number counter must be set up and assigned to the Concession agreement reference field in the Fixed Assets module. (Functions Sequence number counters and Sequence number counter assignment).
