This parameter is used to indicate if a quantity larger than the ordered quantity can be received.

This parameter can be set to:

No: It is not possible to receive a quantity larger than the ordered quantity.

Yes: It is possible to receive a quantity larger than the ordered quantity if the order line has not been closed.

This parameter is defined at the level Company. It belongs to Chapter ACH (Purchase) and the Group REM (Rest management), The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :

  • POHCLE (PO line closing method)

The global variable GRCPORD is associated with it.

  Stock > Receipt/issue transactions > Receipts

  ADCs > Stock > Receipts

Comments

Regardless of the parameter value, if the order line has been closed, it will not be possible to perform an additional receipt on this line.
